Delegate Sam Rasoul introduced Noah-Christian Academy on the House floor of the Virginia State Capitol Building in Richmond, Virginia.
Noah-Christian Community Center, Inc. has been serving the youth of the Roanoke Valley and abroad since March 2005. Noah-Christian Academy is an extension of the center, educating youths in grades Prek-5th since August 2011.
Noah-Christian Academy's Founder and Administrator, Charnika Elliott, was highlighted in 2020 as a Remarkable Woman in the city and as a Hometown Hero.
